The General Assembly is the highest authority of the Intersteno Federation and consists of the delegates of the National Groups and of the Associated and Individual Members.
The General Assembly meets normally during the international congresses of the Federation.
The General Assembly elects the President, the Vice-Presidents, the Secretary-Treasurer and one other Member of the Board and ratifies the accounts of the Federation. The General Assembly can amend, upon the proposal of the Council, the Constitution.
